Hello!

We are Dr. Ingrid and Dr. Patrick.

Dr Patrick Hamel et Dre Ingrid Hamel

We know that the most important thing for you is to feel better, move better and live better. Since 1994, we have been making sure that families are well. With more than 25 years of experience, we have helped hundreds of babies, children and adults suffering from various disorders or delays.

We offer gentle care for the whole family... from pediatrics to geriatrics. It would be our pleasure to take care of you!

We love absolutely everything about our work, but we're especially excited about making a permanent impact on lives by treating the cause rather than the symptoms. Our mission is to help you reach your full potential. We listen, we care and we get results!

(Yes, we are husband and wife!).

Dr. Patrick Hamel graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1993 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has extensive training in Applied Kinesiology and will receive a post-doctoral degree in Functional Neurology from the CANB in 2015. He uses his knowledge to work with his adolescent and adult clients afflicted with a variety of neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions.

Dr. Hamel is passionate about functional neurology and the incredible opportunities it brings. This practice is at the heart of his interventions with his clientele. It allows him to help patients who present with post-concussive, vestibular, concentration and other neurological disorders.

Dre Ingrid Hamel

Dr. Ingrid Hamel graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1993 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  She received a diploma in Pediatrics from the ICPA in 2008 and diploma in Functional Neurology from the ACNB in 2016. She has an exclusive pediatric practice where she uses her training in chiropractic and functional neurology to provide care for children with neurodevelopmental and other disorders of all kinds. Her passion is to use her training in childhood developmental disorders to facilitate the integration of the primitive reflexes of preschool children.

Since 2017, Dr. Ingrid has been working in a preschool near the clinic, where she has developed a program of neurological workshops that she uses to promote healthy neurological development and integration of primitive reflexes in order to avoid labels and diagnoses once children reach elementary school.

Alexandra Hamel Dt.P. graduated from McGill University in 2018 with a degree in Dietetics. From then on, she became an entrepreneur and built her nutrition practice, allowing her to help clients of all ages, both young and old. What inspires Alexandra is her mission to help her clients heal their relationship with food, fostering a healthy and positive relationship.

Alexandra's passions are multiple, ranging from intuitive nutrition to weight loss, neuro-nutrition to sports nutrition. One thing is certain, she always has your well-being at heart and creates a framework in your color to achieve your goals. Thus, it leads you to change your eating habits in a sustainable way and at your own pace.

During a rehabilitation in functional neurology, an adapted and balanced diet is essential to allow the nervous system to heal and evolve. Feeding the brain with restorative foods is the first step towards its healing, optimizing neuroplasticity.
