Hello!
We are Dr. Ingrid Hamel, Chiropractor and Dr. Patrick Hamel, Chiropractor

Dr Patrick Hamel et Dre Ingrid Hamel

We know that the most important thing for you is to feel better, move better and live better. Since 1994, we have been overlooking the wellness of the families we take care of. With more than 30 years of experience, we have helped thousands of babies, children and adults with various health conditions improve their quality of life.

We offer gentle care for the whole family... from pediatrics to geriatrics. It would be our pleasure to take care of you!

We love absolutely everything about our work, but we're especially excited about making a positive  impact on lives by targeting the cause rather than the symptoms. Our mission is to help you reach your full potential. We listen, we care and we get results!

(Yes, we are husband and wife!).

Dr. Patrick Hamel, Chiropractor, graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1993 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has extensive training in Applied Kinesiology and earned a diplomate degree in Functional Neurology from the ACNB in 2015. He uses his knowledge to help his patients with a variety of neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions.

Dr. Hamel, Chiropractor, is passionate about functional neurology and the incredible opportunities it brings. This therapy is at the heart of his interventions. It allows him to help patients who present with post-concussive, vestibular, concentration and other neurological conditions.

Dre Ingrid Hamel

Dr. Ingrid Hamel, Chiropractor, graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1993 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  She received a diplomate in Pediatrics from the ICPA in 2008 and diplomate in Functional Neurology from the ACNB in 2016. She has an exclusive pediatric practice where she uses her training in chiropractic and functional neurology to provide care for children, many with neurodevelopmental and other disorders of all kinds.

One of her favorite projects was when she was working at a local preschool. There, she developed brain-based workshops promoting optimal movement patterns and primitive reflex integration designed for children to facilitate a healthy neurodevelopment. Her dream was to make a difference by positively influencing their developmental trajectory, in the hopes of preventing potential learning and behavioral difficulties as they entered the school system. Unfortunately, the program was discontinued with the onset of the pandemic. This experience remains one of her shining moments of her career.

Alexandra Hamel Dt.P. graduated from McGill University in 2018 with a degree in Dietetics. From then on, she became an entrepreneur and built her nutrition practice, allowing her to help clients of all ages, both young and old. What inspires Alexandra is her mission to help her clients heal their relationship with food, fostering a healthy and positive relationship.

Alexandra's passions are multiple, ranging from intuitive nutrition to weight loss, neuro-nutrition to sports nutrition. One thing is certain, she always has your well-being at heart and creates a framework in your color to achieve your goals. Thus, it leads you to change your eating habits in a sustainable way and at your own pace.

During a rehabilitation in functional neurology, an adapted and balanced diet is essential to allow the nervous system to heal and evolve. Feeding the brain with restorative foods is the first step towards its healing, optimizing neuroplasticity.
